Camilles Erin Chan was born on June 1st, 1978 in Panorama City, California. Her parents, Corinne and Steve were thrilled to have their first child and named her after Corinne's mother, Camilles Kirkpatrick. Jeffrey Lawrence Hermann was born on December 19th, 1978 in Pasadena, California. His parents, Hans and Linda were thrilled to have their first child, but were understandable nervous as he was almost a month premature. As his parents explain it, he little Jeff just couldn't wait to see Christmas. Shortly after, younger brother Gregory was born (with no complications) to complete the Hermann family. Cami had just finished her last year of school, and Jeff was getting ready to start his senior year. One fateful day their mutual friend Ben invited them both out for a meal at their favorite local pub, Callahan's. Ben had no intention of any match-making, rather just a chance to get some friends together for some good food and drinks. After a few months of secret crushes, Jeff finally invited Cami out for dinner and they hit the town in Mission Beach for their first date.
